Purchase Order Request

If you’re a company, school or education provider looking to train multiple members of your team, you can use our Purchase Order Request form. 

To get started, please fill in the billing name, address and contact details for your organisation. We will also need a few details for each member of your team that you would like to train, such as their name, contact telephone number and the course that you would like to enrol them on.

You can add as many team members as you wish by pressing the Add Student button below. Please ensure that you select your preferred course for each student.

We will then use this information to send you over a formal Purchase Order for you to make payment. If you have any questions about this form, please email enquiries@ukopencollege.co.uk or call 0121 792 3872.
