Fitness and nutrition course. A fitness instructor is a professional who guides and motivates individuals or groups in achieving their fitness goals through exercise. They design and lead various workout routines tailored to their clients’ needs, whether for improving strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, or general well-being. Fitness instructors can specialise in different areas such as strength training, aerobics, yoga, pilates, or dance-based workouts like Zumba. Fitness instructors can work in gyms, fitness centres, private studios, or as independent contractors offering personal training services.
Our Fitness & Nutrition level 2 course can be completed fully online over a 1 year maximum period. Log in and out to suit your own personal circumstances. You have complete flexibility over the 12 month period to complete at your own pace. Totally up to you!
