Project management level 2 course. Project management is the process of planning, organising, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals within a defined timeline and budget. It involves managing tasks, people, and processes to deliver outcomes that meet the expectations of stakeholders.
The objectives of the course are to enable students to:
- Define the roles and responsibilities of the project manager
- Describe the project management process
- Establishing the project team and resources
- Define timescales
- Implement and monitor projects and elements
- Taking corrective action where necessary
- Close a project
- Learn the lessons
Our project management level 2 course can be completed fully online over a 1 year maximum period. Log in and out to suit your own personal circumstances. You have complete flexibility over the 12 month period to complete at your own pace. Totally up to you!
We also offer a Level 3 in Project Management, if you are seeking more of a challenge.
