    Autism level 2 Course Online. Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how individuals perceive and interact with the world. It is characterized by differences in social communication, behavior, and sensory processing. Autism is called a “spectrum” disorder because it encompasses a wide range of symptoms, skills, and levels of disability.

    There is no cure for autism, but early intervention and support can make a significant difference in the lives of individuals with autism. Treatments may include behavioural therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and educational support tailored to the individual’s needs. Autism is a lifelong condition, but with appropriate support, many individuals with autism can lead fulfilling and independent lives. The understanding and acceptance of autism continue to grow, emphasizing the importance of embracing neurodiversity.

    This Level 2 knowledge-based nationally recognised qualification is aimed at developing the learner’s knowledge and understanding of autism and how to support individuals with autism to live healthy and fulfilled lives. The term “autism” is used to include all autistic spectrum conditions to include Aspergers Syndrome. This Autism Level 2 course can be studied entirely from home, at your own pace, to suit your own lifestyle.

During this time you can log in and out to suit your personal circumstances.     No previous qualifications are required

    Students looking to enrol onto this course should meet the following criteria:

    Be aged 16 Years or above
    Possess a solid knowledge of the english language
    Have access to a PC and the internet for the duration of the whole course
    Basic computer skills: e.g Word processing, emailing, uploading documents etc
    Have a genuine desire to succeed
