This allows you to try the first unit of our Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning course so you can find out once and for all if this really is the right career move for you. Students can complete this unit and the required tasks/assignment just like you would if registered for one of our full courses. You will be able to correspond via email with your tutor with any questions you have as you progress and submit your assignment for assessment and feedback at the end.
Once you receive your feedback, it's then totally up to you as to whether you further your studies. If not, then no hard feelings, but at least you have satisfied your curiosity once and for all. If you wish to progress then you can choose from our Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma courses to take the next step of your journey at any time.
Not only that, the work completed on your taster course can be used and submitted as part of your portfolio moving forward. In addition, you can also claim the full £99 off the Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma should you wish to continue studying.

Unit 3.2 Explain the importance of reassuring children, young people and adults of the confidentiality of shared information and the limits of this.
Unit 3.3 Justify the kinds of situation when confidentiality protocols must be breached
This taster course is open to all students aged 16 or above.
No placement or voluntary work is required
No previous qualifications needed
As long as you can use a word processing program to type up the assignments, along with the ability to send and receive emails and attachments from your tutor then you are ready to go!
We do not offer certification for this taster course, however, should you choose to progress after this you can then study towards a recognised RQF qualification which will provide you with certification.
This taster course will take approx 10 hours of study time dependant on ability and student background. All students have 2 months to complete and submit the assignments/tasks.
This course is supplied in paper format and will be delivered directly to your chosen address. Students are able to complete their course assignments using a word processing programme and email them direct to the tutor. Once received tutors will reply to you directly with detailed feedback to help you complete.
All students on this course will be registered to a personal tutor for 2 months who is contactable via email. We also have a team of dedicated advisors to help and advise with any course-related queries via telephone.
Students will complete 1 unit of study on this taster course. As you progress through the unit you will complete a series of written tasks which are submitted at the end of the unit for marking/assessment.
