Online Training - How does it work ?

Once you have purchased a course(s) you will receive an email containing login details to access your student hub within 24 hours. Within the student hub you will gain access to your theory content of your course(s), once you have completed this you will be required to upload a case study submission within your student hub or you can book in for a virtual practical assessment with a tutor, before gaining certification upon completion.

No previous qualifications are required

Students looking to enrol onto this course should meet the following criteria:

Be aged 18 Years or above for insurance purposes. 
Have access to a PC and the internet for the duration of the whole course
Basic computer skills: e.g Word processing, emailing, uploading documents etc
Have a genuine desire to succeed

Why do I have to submit a case study or have a virtual assessment?

We require all students to complete a case study submission or virtual assessment to ensure that the treatment is being carried out safely and correctly. It allows you to ask the tutor questions and gain feedback, along with gaining confidence and reassurance. A case study or virtual assessment is usually required for insurance purposes too.

Upon Completion you will receive your Professional Certified Diploma. The Diploma will allow you to purchase Professional Indemnity Insurance if required

Applicants choosing the monthly option will be required to complete and sign a financial agreement for the remaining payments.  All payments to be set up via direct debit.  We are only able to set up monthly payments for students resident in the UK. 

Please note: Once a payment plan is set up, you are liable to pay the course fees in full whether you complete the course or not.  Please ensure the monthly repayments are affordable before agreeing to any payment plan offered.

Refunds can only be issued if the course content has not been opened within the student hub and you have requested within 30 days from the purchase date. As you can understand our course content is based purely online so should the course have been opened meaning you have access to the course material a refund cannot be issued. If you would like to swap the course you have purchased to a different one, this is possible again if you haven’t already accessed the current course material and you have the necessary pre-requisites required for another course of your choice.
